Sapiens is not one app but a folder with seven projects inside, and Turborepo is the conductor that keeps them from all waking up at once. It builds the map first: the site waits for the shared pieces it uses, and whatever depends on nobody runs at the same time. Before running a task it takes a fingerprint of its files; if it matches the last one, it does not run at all and replays the saved result. On our decks app, linting takes 23.9 seconds the first time and 0.6 the second, about forty times faster. MIT, by Vercel, the reason our checks feel instant.
