AITag Review
It's Sapiens' black box: it runs in the browser, on the server and at the edge, and when something breaks on someone's screen, we get the error, the browser and what the person did right before. Session Replay doesn't record video: it takes a snapshot of the page and logs every change, swaps all text for asterisks before anything leaves, and in buffer mode keeps only the last minute in memory until an error happens. We measured it on the live site, without letting anything reach Sentry: one minute of a visit comes out 32 times smaller than a video of the same screen. The JavaScript SDK is MIT; the server is Fair Source (FSL), with readable code and every version turning Apache 2.0 two years later, plus a free plan for one developer.
