Every companion is written as a person before any image exists (Rae pours drinks in Leeds, Iris keeps the night desk of a Lisbon guesthouse), and the photos come after and keep the same face. Memory is what holds you: it's visible and editable, so she brings up last week instead of starting from zero, and scenes open mid-moment instead of on a blank "hi".
It's for people who want someone to come back to, not a slot machine of custom girlfriends. The trade-off: the cast is closed, so you choose who to meet instead of building your own, and video is still young. Free to start in the browser, in nine languages.
