Dokploy is basically the 'bring your own server' version of Heroku. It takes that slick developer experience we are used to and hands you the keys to the kingdom. Instead of getting hit by the Vercel tax as soon as you scale, you get a solid, open-source dashboard to manage your apps and databases without the cloud-provider drama.
